Am I eligible to return my item?
Customers in the contiguous United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How do I start the returns process?
To initiate a return or exchange:

How to I prepare and ship my return?
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included. If a retun authorization number has been sent (RMA) has been sent, include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.
Please use a preferred trackable shipping service e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx.
Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
What about the return shipping cost?
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Returns due to change of mind

Returns due to damaged goods
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Return due to incorrect items received
Inform us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and ensure you receive the correct product.
What if my product never arrived?
Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the product is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement product.
Are there any exceptions to this policy?
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom or personalized products: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Intimate or sanitary goods: Including personal care / wellness items, saunas, sauna heaters, cold plunge pools, float tanks unless unopened and unused.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria as mentioned above.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
