We offer a wide range of home improvement products, including outdoor kitchen, landscape lighting, outdoor furniture, wellness solutions (saunas, cold plunge, cryotherapy and exercise equipment), luxury appliances and more. We are always upgrading our product line to give you the best upgrades available. 

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, we are committed to sustainability and offer a selection of eco-friendly products designed to reduce environmental impact while enhancing your home. Specifically the LuxCraft Brand Poly Furniture, made with HDPE materials.

What is HDPE?

HDPE is sustainable, affordable manufacturing, rigid strength, and corrosion resistance. Thanks to its high malleability, HDPE is the perfect combination of strength, cost-efficiency, and environmental friendliness.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Simply browse our online store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. 

Can I still cancel my order?
  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.
  • After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product. 
Where do you ship to?

Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We are continually working to expand our shipping destinations. Please check back regularly for updates.

What are your shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the US. There are no hidden fees.

What are your order processing and cutoff times?

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What is your shipping time?

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

Which shipping methods and carriers do you use?

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Domestic Carriers we are using: USPS, UPS, FedEx

All orders include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Shipments are insured against loss or damage. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking Number
  • Carrier Name
  • Link to Track Your Package

How to Track Your Order: Visit My Orders or the carrier's website. Enter your tracking number to view the status and estimated delivery date. If you have questions or need assistance with tracking, please contact our Customer Service.

Delivery & Order Issues

Delayed Delivery: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@UltimateHomeUpgrade.com or call us at (833) 787-4663.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Verify the shipping address provided.
  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Contact us for further assistance.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and items.
  • Contact us within 48 Hours at Support@UltimateHomeUpgrade.com
  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If any items are missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 48 Hours of receiving your package.
  • Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).
  • Resolution:
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund.
My shipping address was wrong. What now?

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Customs & Duties

At this time we do not offer International Shipping.

Am I eligible to return my item?

Customers in the contiguous United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How do I start the returns process?

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Customer Service:

  • Call us at  (833) 787-4663 within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization:

  • After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
How to I prepare and ship my return?

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included. If a retun authorization number has been sent (RMA) has been sent, include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.

Please use a preferred trackable shipping service e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx.

Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

What about the return shipping cost?

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Returns due to change of mind

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return request must be made within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking Fee

Any items retuned do to change of mind will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original price. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return request must be made within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fees.

Returns due to damaged goods

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return due to incorrect items received

Inform us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and ensure you receive the correct product.

What if my product never arrived?

Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the product is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement product.

Are there any exceptions to this policy?

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods: Including personal care / wellness items, saunas, sauna heaters, cold plunge pools, float tanks unless unopened and unused.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria as mentioned above.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
